SYNOPSIS
When the citizens of Numberville have a problem, there's a team they
can call, Best friends Paula, Tim and Billy are the fast-response crew who zoom into action to
help anyone in need, using numbers, counting, shapes and sequences to help them save the day.
This unique series offers fast and funny adventures for preschoolers where they'll learn and
laugh as they go, while also exploring key social and emotional development themes too - such as
sharing, resilience, teamwork and friendship.
MATHS
The numeracy learning in “123 Number Squad” is in line with the UK
National Curriculum and intends to comply with the National Curriculum in the England Framework
Document December 2014 (updated September 28th 2021).
The numeracy learning has been designed with reference to the most recent Department for
Education (DFE) National Curriculum guidelines (as of October 20th 2021) and take into account a
range of other DFE publications in addition to the National Curriculum framework document 2014,
including:

Key mathematical themes are contained within each episode as well as other educational themes
pertaining to Science, Personal, Social and Emotional curriculums have also been referenced in
each episode.
